1. About the Course

Mastering Twinergy Method is a three-month online training programme providing education and experiential learning in relation to supporting equines within the assisted therapy sector using the Twinergy Method.

The Course includes online modules, quizzes, homework and experiential/practical work with horses, which Students undertake in their own time.

By enrolling in the Course and ticking the acceptance box at registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Course Access and Duration

Course access is provided to the individual Student who enrols and may not be shared, transferred or resold.

The Course is designed to be completed over three months. Students are expected to complete all required work within this period.

Any extension beyond the three-month period is at the Provider's discretion.

Students are responsible for having suitable internet access and equipment to participate in the online Course.

3. Practical Work With Horses

The Course includes practical and experiential work with horses.

Students are responsible for arranging access to a suitable horse and appropriate environment and for obtaining any necessary permission to work with that horse.

Working with horses carries inherent and unpredictable risks, including falls, kicks, bites, being stepped on or crushed, and other injuries.

Students are responsible for assessing their own ability and circumstances and should obtain appropriate supervision and use suitable safety equipment where necessary.

The Provider does not control the horse, premises, equipment or environment in which practical work takes place and cannot guarantee the behaviour or suitability of any horse.

4. Horse Welfare

Horse welfare must always be a priority.

Students must treat horses with respect and care, recognise signs of fear, stress, pain, illness or discomfort, and stop an exercise where continuing may compromise the horse's welfare.

The Twinergy Method is not a substitute for appropriate veterinary care. Students must not advise anyone to delay or discontinue veterinary treatment based on information learned through the Course.

5. Nature of the Training

The Course is educational and experiential in nature.

Completion of Mastering Twinergy Method and receipt of a certificate does not constitute a veterinary, medical, psychological, psychotherapy, counselling or other regulated professional qualification or licence unless expressly stated otherwise by the Provider.

Students are responsible for complying with any qualifications, licensing, registration, safeguarding, insurance or other requirements applicable to their activities in their country, state, province or territory.

6. Course Requirements and Certification

To receive the Mastering Twinergy Method Certificate of Completion, Students must satisfactorily complete:

• all required online modules;

• all required quizzes;

• all required homework;

• all required experiential/practical work; and

• any other stated Course requirements.

The Course fee must be paid in full before certification is issued.

The certificate confirms completion of the Provider's Course and does not, by itself, constitute a government-issued or regulated professional qualification.

7. Payment

The Course may be purchased by either:

One-time payment: The full Course fee of $1500 is payable at enrolment.

Three instalments:

• Instalment 1: $500 – payable at enrolment

• Instalment 2: $500 – payable before the start of the 2nd month (4th module)

• Instalment 3: $500 – payable before the start of the third month (7th module)

The three-instalment option is a payment arrangement for the full Course and is not a month-to-month subscription.

Once enrolled, the Student remains responsible for the agreed Course fee, including if they subsequently choose not to complete the Course.

If an instalment becomes overdue, the Provider may suspend Course access until payment is brought up to date, subject to applicable law.

8. No Voluntary Refunds

Course fees are non-refundable once enrolment has been completed, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

The Provider does not offer refunds simply because a Student changes their mind, chooses not to complete the Course, does not use the Course materials, or is unable to complete the Course within the scheduled three-month period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Immediate Course Access

Where the Student requests immediate access to the online Course before the expiry of an applicable cancellation period, the Provider may obtain the express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law.

Any required consent regarding immediate access and cancellation rights will be obtained separately during the enrolment process.

10. Intellectual Property

All Course materials, including videos, recordings, workbooks, written materials, exercises, quizzes, teaching resources, branding and materials relating to the Twinergy Method, remain the intellectual property of the Provider and/or their respective owners.

Course materials are provided for the Student's personal educational use only.

Students must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share or use Course materials to create or deliver another training programme without prior written permission.

Completion of the Course does not transfer ownership of the Twinergy Method or its intellectual property to the Student.

Students must not represent themselves as an official Twinergy Method instructor or trainer unless separately authorised in writing.

11. Professional Practice

Students are responsible for ensuring that any activities they undertake after completing the Course comply with the laws, regulations and professional requirements applicable in their location.

Students are responsible for obtaining any additional qualifications, insurance, permissions, professional supervision or registration that may be required.

The Provider does not guarantee employment, professional registration, accreditation, insurance eligibility, income or any particular outcome from completing the Course.

12. Confidentiality and Privacy

Students agree to respect the confidentiality of personal or sensitive information concerning other Students, clients, horses or case studies encountered during the Course.

Students must obtain appropriate permission before sharing identifiable photographs, videos or information about another person or animal.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Provider's Privacy Policy.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to this, the Provider is not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from a Student's independent practical work with horses, except where the Provider is legally responsible for that loss or injury.

Students acknowledge the inherent risks associated with working with horses and are responsible for taking appropriate precautions.

14. Course Changes or Cancellation by the Provider

The Provider may make reasonable changes to Course delivery where necessary.

If the Provider is unable to deliver the Course and cancels it, any refund required by applicable law will be provided.

The Provider may suspend or terminate a Student's Course access where there is a serious breach of these Terms, including non-payment, unauthorised sharing of Course materials or behaviour that creates a serious safety or welfare concern.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and your purchase of the Mastering Twinergy Method Course are governed by the laws of Italy.

However, if you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice of Italian law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence and which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Acceptance

Before completing enrolment, Students must tick the box confirming:

"I have read and agree to the Mastering Twinergy Method Terms & Conditions."

Acceptance is recorded electronically at the time of enrolment.
